This is the fifth Triunfo Sustainability Report according to the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), which provides information about the Company's management and its environmental, social and economic performance in 2015. The topics reported were defined based on the involvement of Company stakeholders, as well as on strategic issues for the business
Creating connections is Triunfo's business. The Company contributes to improving the infrastructure in Brazil through projects in the highway, port, airport and energy segments, guided by a sustainable growth strategy. In 2015, the 5,400 professionals at Triunfo worked to shorten distances and provide safety and speed to clients and users.

Triunfo believes that the performance of its business and creation of value for its stakeholders directly depend on ethical and honest management. That is why it is aligned with the best corporate governance practices in the market to guarantee the rights of shareholders and ensure the quality of information published about its operations. The Company's commitment to ethics was reinforced in 2015 with the launch of the Triunfo Integrity Program, which includes guidelines to combat corruption in all its forms.
Triunfo remained resilient amidst the prevailing economic and political instability in Brazil in 2015. The strategy of investing in the segment where it has the most expertise - toll roads - was reinforced by two important events: the operational startup of Triunfo Transbrasiliana and the start of toll collection by Triunfo Concebra, the largest toll road concession in Brazil, spanning 1,176.5 kilometers. From the economic and financial standpoint, the Company posted adjusted net revenue of R$1.6 billion in 2015.
Respect for the environment is a fundamental value for the company and is one of the commitments established in the Triunfo Sustainability Policy. At Triunfo companies, compliance with laws and the conditions established in operating licenses of projects is combined with proactive initiatives focused on the rational use of natural resources and the monitoring of environmental performance indicators.
Triunfo seeks to contribute to the economic, social and cultural development of the regions where it operates by investing in initiatives and projects that are aligned with the Triunfo Sustainability Policy. The Triunfo Institute, which manages the Company's social investments, led several initiatives in 2015 for the benefit of communities.
